Why pre-book a taxi?
When you pre-book one of our cars you can be satisfied that all your transport needs will be taken care of in a highly professional manner. We are there to offer any advise that you feel necessary to make your airport transfers run smoothly.

In addition to our Guildford services we will transfer you to and from any destination in England. We will quote you in advance and advise you on likely transfer times

We have a large range of vehicles from standard saloons to 9 seater Mpv’s.
How can I make a booking?
It is preferable for all bookings to be made online, however, telephone bookings are welcome for transfers being booked at short notice. We advise you not to make bookings online if your transfer is less than 24 hours away.
What happens after I make a booking?
When you make a booking you will be sent a booking confirmation email. You will be given exact meeting instructions including our contact number in should you encounter any problems.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and payments can be made by using the payments page on our website. Our payments are made through Paypal, the global leader in secure online payments.
Where will my driver be waiting?
Our meeting point is at the Airport information desk. As you enter the arrivals hall you will easily see the information desk straight ahead. Your driver will hold a sign bearing your name.
If my flight is delayed will my driver still wait for me?
We have an excellent flight monitoring system and we are always aware if your flight is delayed or even early. Therefore we can ensure your driver only goes to the meeting point when your flight lands. This means that the client pays no extra charges no matter how late the flight is. We do ask that all passengers notify us should they still have not have entered the arrival hall 1 hour after their flight lands.
